CANCELLATIONS, DIVISION CHANGES, AND TRANSFERS

Thank you for joining us in the bay! Please use this page to submit requests for cancellations, division changes and other registration updates, and Swim With Pedro transfers.

All requests submitted via this form typically take 24-48 hours to process but may take up to a week during times of heavy volume. All submissions will receive a non-automated confirmation email once processed.

If you are requesting a refund, please have supplemental documents ready to upload. You will not be eligible for a refund without them.

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

At registration for any of our events, the last item is checking the box that the registrant agrees to our terms & conditions, which mainly include that your registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, unlike many race organizers, we make a few adjustments and exceptions.

  • If you are deployed or have a medical issue preventing your participation with supplemental documentation, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations without supplemental documentation or for any other reason are eligible for a 35% credit of the amount paid towards another swim with us, returned to you as a coupon code.
  • Rollover credits cannot be claimed after the event has passed.
  • Can't make your Swim With Pedro session? This is our only event that is transferable from one session to another!
