Expired8/13 Alcatraz/Bay Clinic for Escape (kayak/SUP)

Fifty (50) swimmers will practice swimming for 10-20 minutes at a time near Alcatraz and St. Francis. This is a 2-3 location hop-in hop-out clinic and will not include completion of the entire course

Please review your responsibilities as a kayaker before signing up. Updated details on meeting times and locations will be emailed to you. Please be aware your start time may be earlier than listed.

Event Schedule

• 6:00 am – Be geared up with your craft on the beach for sign in and briefing at Aquatic Park.
• 6:15 am - Briefing
• 6:30 am – Launch and paddle to Alcatraz where we meet the boat
• 7:00 am – Swimmers jump in the water to start their swim to St. Francis Beach.

Finish line will be at St. Francis
